Lupe has been helping families achieve the American Dream since 2005. She is dedicated to educating and empowering communities to achieve generational wealth via Real Estate. She serves Spartanburg county and its surrounding areas.
She was born and raised in Providence, Rhode Island. Her family relocated in 2003 and they have fallen in love with our beautiful Sparkle City. She graduated from Spartan High and attended Spartanburg Community College and studied Marketing and Business. She is a proud wife to her highschool sweetheart Lino of 14 yrs and mom of two boys. When she is not out closing deals in heels she is spending quality time with her family. Her core values are GOD 1st, FAMILY 2nd and then HELPING others achieve their Real estate GOALS.
She is currently the Vice President & Chair of the (DEI) Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion committee for Spartanburg Board of Realtor (SAR) . Member of the DEI Committee at the State Level for the South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCR). Has served as Past Executive committee member for the SAR and Past Secretary for the Executive Committee.
She has earned many awards from the Rising Star Award, Millions Dollar Producer Award, Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award, Better Homes and Gardens Silver Award, 4+ Million Dollar Producer Award, to KW Gold Awards for the past two consecutive years. Homesnap topped 10% of National Agents, years in row.
Her passion for helping people is what made her successful and caused her business to grow stickly on referral. Her mission is to lead a structured and high producing team that will give every client from first time buyer to Investors the same equal and exceptional client service.
